Depending on how you use the site, we collect: your name, email address, and phone number; shipping and billing addresses you add to your account; your order and rental history; items in your cart and wishlist; promo codes you use; reviews you submit; and messages you send us through the contact form. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google.
2. Payment Information
We do not collect or store your card number, expiry date, or CVV anywhere on our systems. Card payments are entered directly on Mastercard's/Network International's secure hosted payment page; we only receive confirmation of whether the payment succeeded, along with a reference number.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use this information to process and fulfil your rentals and purchases, verify payment, communicate with you about your orders, respond to messages you send us, send marketing or newsletter emails only if you've opted in, and to detect and prevent fraud.
4. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where necessary to run the service: with our payment gateway (Mastercard/Network International) to process card payments, with delivery partners to ship your order, with our email provider to send order and marketing emails, and with Google if you choose to sign in with Google.

We use a session cookie so your cart, login, and preferences work as you browse — this is required for the site to function. If enabled, we may also use Google reCAPTCHA to protect forms from spam. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling the session cookie will prevent checkout from working.

We keep order records for as long as required for accounting and legal purposes in Jordan. We keep your account information for as long as your account remains active.
